Halcrowsea is an international engineering service provider specializing in the planning, design, EPCM and project management of infrastructure development projects.

With more than 20 years of experiences in both China and overseas market, we deliver comprehensive lifecycle solutions for infrastructure projects, including:

• Onshore crude oil and chemical depots, LNG/LPG receiving terminals, and LNG liquefaction plants;
• Nearshore and offshore LNG regasification (FSRU), port and maritime facilities, coastal engineering, water intake/outfall facilities;
• Offshore subsea pipelines, single point mooring (SPM), multiple buoy mooring (MBM), offshore platform, CNG marine transport, and related facilities.

We have completed over 250 business cases worldwide and have participated in more than 70% of LNG receiving terminal projects in China. Though our deep market insight and extensive practical experience, we have earned a strong reputation across the industry.

Our team combines global perspective with local expertise. More than 90% of our professionals hold MSc degrees, with specialties covering civil and structural engineering, architecture, LNG tanks, process and safety, mechanical, piping, equipment, instrumentation, electrical, marine and jetty engineering, fire safety; water supply and drainage; HSE; economics; construction management, commissioning, and operations.
